Volunteer Coordinator
This position is: Full Time
The Volunteer coordinator is an integral part of the hospice interdisciplinary team and, as such, is responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and evaluating volunterrs serving patients and familise and the program as a whole. The Volunteer Coordinator reports to the Patient Care Coordinator and supervises all program volunteers and their activities.  He/She will work with all staff members and be a liaison with community organiztions, education organizations, churches and the community at large. 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Education, Social Services or Liberal Arts preferred.
  • Experience in managing and working with people.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.  Organization and time-management proficiency a must.
